Your statement says a lot - CCP was just going to ignore player feedback and protest and just let it blow over, as usual. Know what happens when you continuously disrespect the thoughts of your customer? No? Well look around....
Biggest mistake? - truly not understanding that you are not dealing with a bunch of kiddies. You probably have the most intelligent and cleverest customer base on the planet. Provoking that base was not a good idea.

Holding off paying next installment until this shakes out.
Points of anger: 1) Poor quality releases. Clearly untested code/Player found problems ignored (completely waste your customer's donated time, good call) 2) Ridiculous CQ release - with amazing flaws and drawbacks - with features specifically declined by the customer base long before release 3) MT poorly implemented and released at the crayon level 4) Astounding mistreatment and disrespect of customer base 5) Internal corporate culture that holds abusing the customer an achievement (is there any possible way that this couldn't have been seen as an oncoming train wreck? Sales staff has to be flinging themselves into oblivion) 6) No commitment to properly finishing anything 7) Hands off upper management - apparently doesn't understand the word "customer", but has "Greed" down pat 8) Deliberate changes to drive EVE economy into the dirt 9) Actively promoting and abetting in game harrassment
